Trouble Shooting

I just upgraded my Mac to Lion OS, and now iSpaces won't load. Can I use iSpaces with this new operating system?
Yes you can! Lion OS has Java applets disabled by default. Because of this, applets will not load automatically and it will appear that the web page is broken. However, you can easily fix this by going to your Java Preferences and clicking the checkbox labeled “Enable applet plug-in and Web Start applications.” This will allow you to run applets. Once you do this iSpaces will run seamlessly just like before.

I would like to use my email address as my username. Can I do that?
No, your username must be alphanumeric, containing only letters and numbers, and must be at least 8 characters.

I registered for an iSpaces account, but I cannot get in. What do I do?
Shortly after you have registered for an iSpaces account you will receive a confirmation email. In the email there will be a link which you must click on to activate your account directly from the email, or copy and paste it into your browser. Make sure your activation email did not go into your spam folder. You cannot login until you have activated your account.
